The William F. Laman Public Library is the system’s primary branch building. Opened in 1962, the building was named in honor of former North Little Rock mayor William F. “Casey” Laman. Today, it houses a range of services, including dedicated spaces for children and teens, a computer lab, art gallery, makerspace, passport office, free public notary, and more.
