If you have forgotten your PIN, simply fill out this form with your preferred PIN (Must not start with zero), and we will update your account and notify you via email.
If you have lost your library card, or have never had a library card, please provide the requested information to apply for a card to access to North Little Rock Public Library's online resources, including ebooks, downloadable music, movies, and much more.
Please note, if you are a student in the North Little Rock School District, you should already have an account set up at North Little Rock Public Library System. Your account number is the same as your student ID, and your PIN is the last four digits of your student ID. If you still have trouble accessing your account, simply fill out the form and tell us what the problem seems to be.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing to receive your card in the mail. Once processed, you will receive an email at the address provided with your new library card number and PIN.
